OSC implements Agile Software Development based on Scrum
As part of the company efforts to improve productivity, enhance quality and provide better visibility of the software development process for customers, OSC has now implemented a new methodology for developing software.
The new methodology is based on Agile Software Development principles, using Scrum-teams for execution of the development.
The process includes closer and more regular collaboration with customers for specification and prioritization of requirements for further development of OSC simulation systems.
Development activities are now done in shorter cycles than before, typically 2-4 weeks from specification to availability of tested and documented software modules.
